I'm not sure but maybe you have to fix a setting in the Computer Management admin tool. (In Administrative tools in the start menu.)

ok man theres so mutch stuff i dont even know wear to begin so any one know any thing about this if not dont answere but i really need help man i cant handle this man im mad

The thing is are you loging into your own account or the Admin windows made? and I had a prolem like that, i think its just a problem with XP pro thats why i run 2k.

ok man go to control pannel and click user accounts (hoping your control panel is in the fancy methos as windows defaulty have) under that clikc to make a user account and make sure it is an administrator account. After that log off from the computer and try to log into the m/c using the new account you've created. Install the game using that account mabye system might say you've already installed but overwrite it. After that if it asked to restart then do so and try to run the game. Hope this will solve your problem man.:D

i myself have disabled all other users and shut down secondary logon in services.msc file and xp thinks it is always the admin then if you havent yet my suggestion would be to follow the guide on black vipers site found here
http://www.blackviper.com/WinXP/servicecfg.htm for whatever setting suits your needs the best, this is a very good guide as it shows you which services that you do not need for your personal home rig

You can just add yourself to the Admistrators group. You don't have to make a new user. Here's how to do it:

Control Panel
Performance and Maintanience
Administrative Tools
Computer Management;
System Tools;
Local Users and Groups;
Users Folder;
Right click your name select Properties;
Click Member Of tab;
Click Add button:
Type in Administrators and select ok

You should now be added to the Administrators group. If your already listed as an Admin. something else is wrong.

Well, to be honst thats how you got there in the first place. There is a setting during setup that will define you as a restricted user or an admin. If you dont want to go that route, boot into safemode, log in to administrator and then do as it said above.
1. Control Panned
2. Control Panel
3. Performance and Maintanience
4. Administrative Tools
5. Computer Management;
6. Local Users and Groups;
7. groups
8. Double click administrator
9. Click Add
9. Type your login name
10. Click check name and apply.

Reboot back in to regular windows and log in and you should now be an administrator.
