this old kt7a sdram scored 37543 in sandra 2001 te.have the newer ddr mobo's left us out of contention?
really lets see your hard drive score

sorry i can't repost but my score is 37543 (as seen in atto benchmark post)

please ddr owners,give me a reason to go ddr.

sorry,the score below it is 36000 raid 0 2x30 gig ata 100 7200 rpm
 
I got 69000's a few times on a 6-drive RAID-5 SCSI-160 running of the Compaq 5300 controller. Haven't checked in a few months. The EMC arrays do WAY slower.

sheesh... I reckon we were talking home systems here... I wouldn't mind putting it to the test with the raid 5's at work, but at home I probably wouldn't go far with my IWILL SIDE-100 raid 0..

sucked anyway.. was safer to run both disks on their own.

Sandra is so unreliable for HDD RAID benchmarks. I used to have the same board as you & never got it to score better than a single HDD setup but now on this new board I get 45,188 kB/s will very little tweaking with regards to latency patches.


EDIT: Still running default FSB.
