it's zm-f2, but i thought 1600rpm 20dba is the silent mode, how bout the normal mode which is 2800rpm?

1600 RPM - 38 cfm - 20 dB
2800 RPM - 53 cfm - 36 dB

It really depends what you are trying to get from it. If your not OC'ing it should be fine. Of course its performance is also dependent on Case airflow and what chip your cooling.
 
Basically if you plan to do anything with your chip which is gonna make it hot, then you need to think about getting a higher CFM fan.

It also depends on how hot the room is...if the room is generally warm and stuffy, and your computer blows lots of hot air around, and your case cooling generally is poor, then the Zalaman *may* not cool enough.

Like ToledoSteel said, it depends which Proccy youve got. Some are hotter (like palominos), whilst the ThouroughBred B's tent to be cooler.
