Alright, what motherboard can do all this?

Ok. I am getting a nice 1.8a

According to the cpu database, it should be able to hit nearly 3 GHz (166 fsb w/ PC2700)

I need a motherboard w/ the following features:

P4 DDR chipset
On-board audio w/ Spdif jack included (like the SBLive digital jack)
Handle my PC2700 (Samsung 256 MB)
PS/2 Keyboard port (USB mouse)
1 MHz fsb increments
Lockable AGP/PCI bus speeds

I know the Asus P4B533 can do it. I also know that the Abit IT7 can do all of it except the keyboard port. I would need to buy a new keyboard.

Any other boards? Need a good oc board.........

Get the it7, and a new keyboard. Probably your best deal.
