Does anyone make 1 GB sticks of PC2700?

Just curious. I might be interested in buying a stick that big one day when I finally get some money. I doubt anyone makes sticks that big, though. So if they don't what company do you suggest that makes good, cheap (cheap is a keyword here), quality 512 MB sticks of PC2700? Will prices go down on 512 sticks any time soon? They are kind of high for my poor college kid budget right now. ;\

That isn't too much considering 512 goes for about $150, times two sticks is $300 already for the same amount of RAM in one stick, with a few slots left for the rest of your life savings!
