water cooling for dual athlon system

I have a dual athlon 1900+ MP system and I would like to replace the noisy fans I have with a quiet water cooling system. I would prefer if I could keep it all in the case. I'm looking for a place that sells all the parts i need (i don't want to deal with a bunch of companies). Also a great plus would be good instructions (i'm new to this). Any suggestions?

how much money do you have to spend?

I would think around 250-350 tops. The most important aspect of this is that I would like a quiet system. Overclocking would be nice, but not required.
