MBM5 & IC7-G Question

Does anybody know what winbond3 is for? I believe winbond 2-P2 Diode is the CPU temp, is that correct? Thank. I'm trying to set the temps up.

I believe the Winbond 3 is for the voltage reguler or something conserning the power output.... It can get very hot.... Abit said it is safe up to 100*c... Mine is running at 48*c and my 2.4C at 3.3 runs 39/49 idle/load temps...

thanks, my 2.8c is idle at 50 c, thats on stock cooling, seems kind of warm. Is that normal for stock cooling? I plan on getting a nice HSF to overclock, but until then.....
