Well, I may work on other sizes if I'm not too lazy, but I just figured this out. With 80mm fans, the wattage can be approximated by this equation:
W= (RPM/2000)^2
I know it's not exact... you should be able to look it up. But it could provide a nice, round figure for those who don't feel like looking.
