Percentages on cpu throttling...

What exactly do they mean? If it's set to 87.5%, does that mean the motherboard will throttle the cpu down to 87.5% of its speed if the cpu is idle or overheating? I tried looking in the NF7-S manual, but it wasn't helpful at all.

I would understand that either the speed will fall to that level or it will fall by that level... Left it at 50% so I can't go wrong either way!

Anyway it should only do it if it overheats...

from what i understand u should just turn it off anyways.

Thats what I hear if you want stabilty in overclocking, turn it off. Along the 2 spread spectrum options.
