Start | Run | Type control userpasswords2 and hit OK | In the dialog box that appears, clear the "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" check box, and then click OK. :)
 
There is also a way to mod the registry to do this and was discussed about 2 weeks ago here. Try doing a search as I cant find where I put it on my comp ATM. This allows you to keep seperate password accounts.
 
Yeah a search would have done it or check out tweakxp.com However my favorite way is the way redduc recommended.
