So I did my first "real" OC today. Running my 2400 @ 2245 (140x16) @ 1.7V. Stable so far (couple hrs of P95)
Question- Anything above 140 and I get no boot. Is this my memory? Its only PC2100, so I know I need to upgrade it.

Probably, 133 FSB is specs for 2100.
You get 166 FSB with PC2700.

PC2100 overclocks to 150ish FSB at the most when generic cheap RAM is concerned.

Did you set your DIMM Voltage Regulator to 2.77V or higher?
Did you try relaxing RAM timings?
