I know the Abit NF7-S has 2 SATA ports, but does it have an integerated RAID controller for them?

excellent, one other thing though, what are the odds that I will get a rev2.0 from googlegear (or zipzoomfly or whatever they changed their name to...)?

yeah, any rev1.0's that were made have been sold off a long time ago. I am using abit's bios revision 18, and its been working great.
