Thats a good setup but i wouldn't pay that much for the chip. I payed $56us at newegg for my 1800+ niuhb. It has run 2533mhz so far at 1.82v on an a7v8x. jixib,niuhb, and jixhb seem to be good steppings for 1800+ chips.

The K7N2 Delta is a good stable overclocker, but does not have holes for mounting a waterblock; you'll have to use a socket mounting kit and mod it:

I did have one wierd bit with this board: the bios came up with a checksum error and would not boot. I had to switch the FSB MHZ jumper to 100MHZ, boot, flash the bios, and then switch it back, then all was well. Otherwise, it's been a great board.
 
It might be worth paying a premium since you get a guaranteed jixib,but i would look around your local dealers if possible. Try to find a shop that will let you view the steppings before buying.
