P4P800 miniATX versus ATX version?

Is the only difference between the two the size? I realize I would lose the PCI slots but I don't want to lose any of the o/c capabilities or other goodies. Any other input would be great, thanks.

I would expect to lose some OCing features. The micro uses a 2MB bios chip...........ATX is 4 MB
