Abit NF7 r2 Mofsets

Hey. I was wondering if someone could take a closeup shot of the NF7 mosfets and give me the dimensions for a heatsink. I googled and found low quality pics of the whole board. I found someone that can make heatsinks and they need a pic and dimensions. someone help :)

How did you attach the small heat sinks on the mofsets. Do you think thermal tape will work. Or there is so much heat and i should use epoxy.
 
Mosfets help regulate the voltage, the mosfets that need the extra cooling are for the +5V line and I believe either the VDD voltage or the vcore, I don't remember which, but three are for the 5v and 3 mosfets for the other voltage I mentioned earlier. I think they specifically regulate amperage for the specific lines.
