Where to plug front pannel audio connectors?

First question is where I would connect it to the Nf7-S motherboard.

Second question is if I'd be able to buy the front panel connectors seperately. I'm thinking of making my own front panel which will include two usb's and a headphone/mic hopefully.
 
I know you said you'll just buy one. But, for anyone that doesn't know. The left side (no missing pin) of the audio header is for speaker out, right side (missing pin in the middle) is speaker return. The board manual doesn't say this, it just says left speaker or right speaker for both pins.
