Data Recovery

I cannot get a full boot and pc shuts down,
tried to repair and fails,
tried to upgrade from 98 to ME
and ME tried to repair,

"C drive Still has Errors"

I NEED to save these files,
any Ideas how I can repair these drive errors from dos when the OS cannot fix them and keep my files in tact.

OK, That explains a lot

and not being able to get into the OS, how can I remove the Warez?
