alternative to add/remove

ordered parts for a new pc few days ago, and i want to keep it as clean as possible. and as most know, windows add/remove is dodgy as hell, the thought of rouge reg keys and files makes me sick to the point where i want to format :/. so im looking for some alternative uninstall software, the type that logs EXACTLY what the installer does, and just undoes it all when i want to uninstall. im having a bit of trouble googling and id like see what people recommend. im after something fairly small, that does the job needed an nothing else, no other bs.

I use Regcleaner4.3(Jouni Vouro) to aid uninstalling and too keep the registry clean. It's small, it's free and it works.

I second that, RegCleaner is the best. But use Add/Remove, then use the cleaner to get rid of miscellaneous entries.
