What chip`s is it on this XMS 3200?

Corsair XMS3200 DDR-DIMM 512MB PC3200 32Meg x 8, CAS 2-3-3-6-T1, 400MHz, 6ns

I am thinking of getting one so is there anybody who knows?

Well it says CMX512-3200C2 6ns, so i thougt it could be BH-6??

1.1 = BH-6
1.2 = CH-5

Oh, 6ns is probably BH-6, because CH-5 is 5ns

Thanks Suma, do you think it will work with my XMS 3500 rev.1,1?
Also how do these BH-6 chips overclock,do they like high fsb??

Mine can do 220 2-2-2-5 @ 2.9v.
They'll probably do better with some more voltage.

Mine can do 210 mhz 2-2-2-11 in dual channel with 2.86v
