I am about to do a water-cooling project. I am going to purchase these components:

Is there anything else needed for the project? I am probably not going to use water-cooling for the processor for I would rather not have to take off the heatsink etc.

How good are the components? Would you recommend anything else? Do you put the water through the radiator before or after it goes to cool the components? I have not utilised water-cooling before so please help!

Note: If you recommend any parts please make sure they are available in the UK. Thanks!

Buddy.. you require a pump for anything to work !!
Also dont get WC without cooling your CPU !! thats ridiculous.
What Vid-card do you have??
Dont cool your HDD with water before cooling more demanding components (CPU VGA)with it !!
And last and MOST IMPORTANTLY read the Water Cooling stickies !! You are in no way ready to start watercooling (you know too little ..you have no pump !!!)

good luck

What?

Why do you say I am not ready for water-cooling? (I Thought I had the pump included: sorry.).

Thought I had the pump included. Anyway: http://www.thecoolingshop.com/product_info.php/cPath/33_57/products_id/439

The reasons for watercooling are:

1. The disk drive is often at 40C. I reckon that that is too hot.

2. The Radeon 9600 Pro Atlantis in the computer used to get to 78C WITH NO OVERCLOCKING. After two fans were put in it went to 50C but I would like to overclock it.

What's wrong with not cooling the processor? I could always replace the stock heatsink later if I need to.

Terminat - you really do need to go and read the stickies. First of all, alot of the componants you have selected are very sub par (Especially that radiator). Additionally, watercooling a VGA chip is so effective (because the die is so small that the water works perfectly in wipe away the heat), that setting up a water cooling loop for a VGA and HDD is pointless - it's WAY overkill. Additionally, you'll get increased graphics performance if you OC your Processor before you OC your video card.

read the stickies, man! you'll learn all sorts of magical things, like heater cores and DIY setups, about TDX/MCW6002/WW/ etc etc etc!!

I Have.

I have read through all of the stickies and they have been very informative (though they don't contain any m****** things ;) ) but would like to ask the experts.
