PC2700 rams, how far have you pushed yours? ;)

I get bored and then inspired to tweak my system a little bit upward, so I end up with these results. I'd say impressive (even if I did it by myself)

That SC is impressive, espically with Infineon chips.

Remember, it is all in the ICs on the chip, not the rating.

I tried with tighter latencies, and seems like it takes 2-3-2-5 to 198MHz (2.7V). 2.5-3-2-5 to get 200MHz. I have to do VTT tracking mod to see if I could take a little bit more out of this

ive got a stick of mushkin 256 (came out before green/blue/blackk ratings) that does 184 @ 2-2-2-5 timings memtest/prime stable

I've tested my Kingston HyperX PC2700 up to 226 @ 1:1
now running @ 5:4 (208)... 2.8v

I've got a feeling I could hit around 240-245 with higher voltage. damn IS7
