OLD Innovatek WB on Prescott 2.8E?

Hey Guys, just upgraded the Cely 1.2/ST-6v2 to a Prescott 2.8E/IC7-G. I've got the original Innovatek Kit from like 2yrs ago which was still working like a champ when I retired the Cely last week. My questions are:

1) Will the WB and retention system (telegraph looking thing) work on a P4 and the IC7-G? (Sorry, being lazy and I'm at work thinking about this, but it looks like it should as the mobo still has the 3 prongs on each side of the 478 socket)
2) Will this block be enough to cool a Prescott? (It's gotta be better than stock Intel HS)

dude, upgrade. that kit looks like it might cool as well as the stock fan, but you should really sell it and get some new stuff. a laing d4, swiftech mcw600 and a new rad would be in order
