pump http://www.dangerden.com/mall/Pumps/dd12vd4.asp
rad http://www.aquastealth.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=23

All looks good to me except for the Rad, are you planing to OC it like you are now? If you are you may need 2-3 of those BIM's by then I would get a single or double 120mm HC From Autozone or a Pre modded one unless space is a problem (Like THIS one) . The block looks good have not heard to much about it thought but it shiny :D . Pump ive heard good things about, but im not the pump expert. Finally the res, I have one of those but clear, works good but i had to replace mine with a Custom PVC one for space issue, i believe there is a rumor floating around about how the seems could leak, but who knows how true that really is. Other than the res i would say your good, but wait for a few more replies because im no where near as good as some other guys here.

thumbs up on the pump. Agree with Archer36 regarding radiator. Get an 86 chevette hc which probably out performs the BIM at cheaper price. Heard good things about Polarflo but if auction bids over $40, I'd rather get a Swiftech mcw6002 which is known great performer. Also heard those bay res tend to leak. Have you considered T line instead?

Ah the T in another thread im posting in the guy says put the T just before the inlet of the pump with 6" of hose and it bleeds very quick. If you deside not to go with the Bay Rez here is my res, it would have been much cleaner with the glue, but we did not have any PVC glue so i used epoxy :D !
PS i don't normally have that T along with my res but im test some stuff.
