Simple radiator positioning question

I've been unable to find a definite answer to this, so I'll post it here:

Hooking a DD D4 pump up with a D-Tek JR120 (in that order), are there any "requirements" as to whether the radiator barbs being up or down?

"Requirements" meaning risk of cavitation, pump efficiency etc...

Edit: The pump manual specifies that the pump should be placed between point of highest static pressure (bottom of loop, i know) and the lowest point in the setup.

If I understand correctly, that means the radiator needs to have the barbs near the cabinet floor (i only have a midi case)?

No. Just make sure you bleed all the air out.

Barbs being up or down...doesn't matter...just bleed all the air out

again, radiator position doesn't matter, just rotate the radiator or case to get ALL the air out

air = evil

evil air = 60 bucks for a new pump

water = good
working pump = good
working WC = $60 you are able to send to pat for another pump...
