Oc P4c800-e Dlx

ok so i got done building the rig in my sig about a little bit ago always messing with something tho but i cant get any pas 3.6 like some of the others here. I feel its my ram but have no experience with ram so I need some help with it its some no name brand dual channel 3200. i think I need like a memory divider set ?

Is this motherboard moded? what your vcore?
If you want to rule out memory change memory frequecy to 320 ( 5:4) in bios
