Problem Saving Files

When i try saving a jpg picture to my computer it doesnt let me save as jpeg even though the file is a jpg it just lets me save as bmp. how do i put it so that jpeg could be the default.

And what are you using to save the file with? Internet Explorer?

When you click 'Save As', there should be a drop down list that lets you select the format to save it in. .jpg and .bmp should be in the list.
