Can't open explorer.exe after installation of SP2

I just installed it and now i 'm not able to open explorer.exe. This includes "My computer" and internet explorer. I get this message the intruction at "0x1003e9dc" referenced memory at... the memory could not be written
Anyone know a solution to fix this?

scan for spyware.

can you try uninstalling SP2? maybe it wasn't installed fully. Bad installs can happen if spyware/virii are on the pc when it is tryin to be installed.

how can i uninstall it? Yea i aleardy scanned for spy ware and it came up none. I can't go into control pananel either

try typing in "appwiz.cpl" in the run command
