Best DDR2

I need to upgrade my DDR2 Kingston ValueRAM soon - I have had up to 800Mhz out of it at 5-5-5-15 timings with 2.05v (intel D955XBK), or 700mhz 5-5-5-15 with the NF4 Intel Ed. mobo
Is there anything out there that will hit 800mhz with lower latencies? Or even 700? Is there any point in even buying more expoensive RAM?

I have some of the OCZ pc6400 5-5-5-10. It is pretty good memory, but like all DDR2 it is expensive.

I'm using it myself, and getting very good results with it.

I was able to get 800 using 4-4-4-12 with my Kingston HyperX PC2-5400 and 700 using 3-2-2-6 with my OCZ EB rev2 PC2-4200. If I were you, I'd be tempted just to use what you got until more manufacturers are making faster DDR2 with good timings, so the prices will drop.
