my last adventure in overclocking my ram ended badly.
http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=391194&highlight=BT-6
the the story ends with a fubarred compy for a few weeks.
learned alot though.

while its easy to slow the ram down, up the voltage and raise the FSB like a good little overclocker:

ive only recently started messing with the ram. its tricky learning, but i am enthused about it because:

i actually get a WAY snappier system overclocking the ram than with FSB.

i dont know enough about this to know where my limits actually are, but i would really like to max out this stuff for everything its got, because it runs so much smoother.

ive done some fiddling, and i have results:
(sys in sig)

FSB:205 ( a touch of O/C, of course!)
DDR Speed:320
DDR Voltage: 2.75V
CL:2.0
rasp: 2
Ras to Cas:2
P-charge:5
Burst:8
Idle:8T
Refresh rate: Auto.

This was more or less a shot in the dark.
i know just enough to be dangerous.
where can i squeeze it more? :santa:

mabe if you... change the refresh rate to
7.8Usec or 64Usec. change between those two and see which one give u more out of it. i work better with 64Usec.

i also have some bt's but they were pc2100 bt-7, i got it to 210mhz easily, mabe could have gone more.
