Installing XP on new HD?

How do I install window XP Home on a new HD?

I jsut bought a Raptor 36GB HD for XP because my current one is messed up and I can't login. So how do I install window xp on my new hd without being able to login?

set your CD to be a boot device before your hard drive in the BIOS. insert cd, boot off of it, and follow the on-screen instructions.
