Game Server

I want to run a game server. It would either be rig #3, or an XP-M2600+ w/NF7-S v2 with everything else the same as #3.

Which one would be the better server for such a purpose? Intel based or the AMD based? This would be more of a 'practice and familiarization' server, not for everyday play or match play.

i think a cheapo celeron system would suffice.

Well, I have the Intel 2.53ghz/533 currently in the rig now. I was curious if the XP-M 2600+ might do better. I am not going to get anything new for this venture.
