Organizing Pictures on HDD

Hello,

I want to organize a bunch of pictures in my HDD that I want to place into different folders, but it's going to take me forever to do. Is there any picture organizer do you guys recommend me using? I'm trying Picasa2 right now, but it organizes the pictures within the program instead of in the HDD. Please let me know as soon as you get the chance. Thanks.

I don't know of any program which organizes the photos like that.
There are many who can help you organizing within the program itself.
