ASUS P5N32-SLI Premium/WiFi-AP - newbie needs help

I have been building boxes forever but never did any OC'ing. I just build the following board and was hoping someone had a good success story for me.

- Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz
- Stock cooling fan for board and CPU (Suggestions please)
- eVGA 512-P2-N637-AR GeForce 7950GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16
- APEVIA (ASPIRE) X-PLEASURE-BK Black Aluminum ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Retail
- CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X2048-8500C5
- SAMSUNG SpinPoint T Series HD501LJ 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
- COOLMAX CUG-700B ATX 12V( V.2.2) 700W Power Supply
- Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition SP2b
