WIll my old GPU water block work with my new card?

No..I am mistaken...I have an MCW55...I dont see an adapter plate for this...am I looking in the wrong spots?

They never made a kit for the MCW55, as it was discontinued. Maybe you can email Swiftech and see if the MCW60 kit works on the MCW55, although I highly doubt it will.

I am short on cash for a few weeks...how good is this block compared to the MCW60, which is half the price?

The only downside to this route is these ramsinks will burn you if you touch them. The full coverage blocks are nice on the G80 cause they keep all your components at comfortable temps.


What would be the best full-coverage block for the money? I dont want to passively cool if its still going to be really hot.

I'd bet on the EK block for the G80. It's the best block out there IIRC. It beats the dangerden blocks, and it costs less.
