those are the recommended timings, but when most people overclock the look for the fastest timing at their fastest FSB. Sometimes you just have to give the memory some more voltage to run at lower timings, altho I dont know what kind of kinsington ram that is kinsington is not known to really overclock much as far as I know

the mhz will increase as you increase the cpu FSB, the timmings may be able to control and lower is faster and better if its stable.

More info on your system would help. Like what motherboard ram processor cooling ect.
