How well do G31 motherboards overclock?

I'm looking at ASUS' P5KPL-VM and Gigabyte's GA-G31MX-S2. How well can they overclock

a) Intel E21x0 CPUs?
b) an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 CPU?
 
If you want good overclocking G33/G31

I think they are the HDMI boards correct?

I don't know if there is a G31-DS2R But if there is that's the gooden. The P5K boards are pretty goood tooo.
