Circuit City Rebates?

I bought two items from CC in late August, a 22" monitor w/ $50 MIR and an EVGA 8800GTS w/ $20 MIR, well when i check online it says (for both) "MIR is valid please allow 30 days to receive it". one was issued 8-19 and the other 8-29.

I am never going to see my money am i?

Takes 2 - 3 months for CC rebates to come back to you. You can hit their Web site and track the progress; CC is good about rebates, in my experience.

I've done one before too. Took forever to get it...but I did get it.

I checked the web site and it said they were both mailed weeks ago so i sent Cust service a email and they reissued new checks for both and said i can expect them next week sometime. That really surprised me

Everytime I've done a CC rebate (dozens of times), they always come back... but ALWAYS in 2-3 months.

Just think of CC rebates like social security, you will get it sometime befor you die.
