Why does windows boot up in safe mode after I attempt to overclock it?

i don't think its safe mode just 4 bit color and huge res. it dosen't say safe mode anywhere like it usually does

video drivers reinstallation fixed it.

Make sure you locked pci express frequency at ~100Mhz if you're OCing. That problem shouldn't even be there in the first place when OCing
