Kingmax 2100 CAS2 or 2400/2700 CAS2.5?

Which would be the better overclocking memory. I'm planning on buying a Soyo Dragon+ that has no vDimm adjustment.

Also, does anyone expect Kingmax to come out with 512MB TBGA sticks? All they have now is 256MB sticks in TBGA.

No idea about 512mb the 2700 is the better one. here is a comparison to the 2400.

Not having voltage adjustment you might want to consider mushkin and they have 512mb stick's available.
