I have Bios 1226 installed running a E6600 at 3.2 1.25 volts with XP Pro Service Pack 3. I have 2GB (2 x 1GB) sticks of G.Skill DDR2 800 running at 4-4-4-12 1.9 volts part F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK at 800mhz .I have a XFX 7900GS video card. I want to add 2 or 4GB more of the same memory in the other slots and Vista 64 bit. Want to upgrade the Video to a EVGA Geforce 9800 GTX+ or SAPPHIRE 100242TXSR Radeon Toxic HD 4850. Just wondering if I can get all the memory to run in this board at 4-4-4-12 at 800mhz. On the Video I have always run Nvidia but the Sapphire Toxic 4850 with the Zalman cooler looks nice. I have a 22 inch monitor running at 1680 x 1050. 300.00 dollars to spend.

if anythign your going to need to up the NB voltage since your running 4dimms. P965 is more stressed with 4dimms then P35. personally i would go with the card that gets the best FPS in the games your going to play. as each is stronger in some games then the other. i do like my 4850 and this is my first ATI card...
