cant anyone tell me if i need to rma this board

i have the dfi p35 t2r. this thing seems to not run even stock settings. both cpuz and blackbox show the multi going from 6 to 9. the board wont overclock at all. if you raise anything it wont boot at all. i had a p35 t2r right after it came out and it worked great when i had it. i bought this one a few weeks ago and have had this problem. i have flashed the bios 3 times with 3 different bios all have the same problem. im thinking the board is bad and needs rma anyone have any input?

reset your CMOS and unplug it from the all for an hour plug it back in a reset BIOS settings to default again. if this dosnt work test your memory try just using one stick and try different slots and different sticks!
