New PC won't Post on start

New PC won't Post on start -- FIXED

**NEVER MIND, ROOKIE MISTAKE DIDNT HAVE THE 12V PSU HOOKED UP.

I just built this PC however i cannot get it to post. All power is working to all components including mobo but when DVI is hooked up just a black screen. There isn't any beeps on start either. Any help is greatly appreciated.
