My PC chassis supports a front panel of 2 x USB2.0, a card reader, line out and Mic in.

Does EP45-UD3L supports headers for the card reader, line out and mic in??

USB, line-out, and mic-in...yes. Card reader? No.

Most of the card readers I have seen use a floppy cable, or just plug in to a front panel USB header on the board. The ones that use a floppy cable are terrible, and I have always tried to talk people into getting a USB one, partly for better transfer speeds (that I have noticed anyway), and they are much easier for cable management (yes I do take the time to fix wire management issues for new clients :screwy:). The two things that bug me the most about other system builders in my area is the fact that they use dirt cheap, no name PSU's and every time I take over one of their systems, I have a mess that makes a plate of spaghetti look clean inside the case.
