P5Q-E + E8600 - Bios Support

Hi, this is my first thread at this forum and i hope i don't brake any rules writing this here. I have a problem because, before i bought P5Q-E i had GIGABYTE mb. The are very different if you look at bios. I would like to know more something about bios settings. I'm from Poland, maybe my English is noob Sorry. Please for help. I wan't to overclock my lovely E8600

P.S :

Could you give me link to thread where all bios settings are discribed. Something like "P5Q-E BIOS FAQ" ? Or something like that.
