I have an opportunity to pickup this board for around $70. Is this a decent deal? Any known problems with this board? It is refurbished, but comes with a 3yr manufacturer warantee.

I am looking to throw in the e6400 proc that I got off this board in it for a simple HTPC box to stream netflix among other things.

I wouldn't mind OC'ing it if this board allows me without getting too hot.

Thanks!

Nevermind. This board sold.

So, on the same topic. What board would you recommend that I pickup for cheap that has decent overclocking capability?

I only need a 1066mhz board.
