new gigabyte 890gx will it work with this ram???

its the new one with the 890 chip set GA-890GPA-UD3H and here are the memory spec for the motherboard
1. 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 16 GB of system memory (Note 1)
2. Dual channel memory architecture
3. Support for DDR3 1866(OC)/1333/1066 MHz memory modules
4. Support for non-ECC memory modules

and fyi im not great at overclocking or anything computer wise for that matter but my cpu is amd am3 phenom II x3 720 i know it will work with the board i think it will work with the ram but not sure guys i just need help i cant afford another f up! thanks in advance.
