Gagabyte seems to now have a very large selection of retail P55 motherboards (23 in total).

Yes they all have a 3 year warranty and you don't need a receipt, they stand behind there product.

EVGA, you have to register for the warranty but the products are top notch and look good too.

Evga you have to register and it usually only 2 years warranty and you need to keep your invoice.

you also have the upgrade option when you register, which is great if you end buying on the bubble
