My new computer im building is

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD3 LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard $149.99
Cpu: Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor BX80605I5750 $208.99
Ram: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ $102.99
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1tb
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - OEM $104.99
GPU: an XFX 5850

Do you think that mother board is good or is there a better one that will work for that price or cheaper?

for the price the p55ud3 is a nice performing board. there are better but normally quite a bit more money. some dont like giga boards but personally have had good luck with them. have no fear, it is a nice board. and looks like a pretty good build. If you can spend a few more dollars on ram I would look into something that is rated at 1600 with 7-7-7 timings or 2000 with 9-9-9 timings and should only be another 20 dollars or so

you should be able to find some 2000rated ram for around 125 american. and most of the 2000 rated stuff will run 1600 at 7-7-7 timings.

IM canadian and im not very good at finding the right parts just yet.

I watched a video that says the motherboard has almost everything except SLI, but i dont think i will be using it.

Just because im curious how much would it cost to upgrade it a little?

I will be purchasing from NCIX and price matc hing elsewwhere and i couldnt find that on ncix when i copy and pasted any others that are on the website?

The Ram that i have in the first post has really good reviews about it

but to go from 9-9-9 to 7-7-7 for 20 dollars is a pretty good step up, it also gives alot more options if you plan to ever overclock. lots more room with the memory to move up without having to buy new ram agian. sucks when you already paid for something and have to purchase again. and the i5 750 should overclock very nicely while playing nice with you
