I just installed windows 98 on my machine, and cookies are enabled, but they don't act like they are. Every time I visit this site again, it acts like Im not logged in

Internet Explorer, I have cookies enabled but it still makes me log in EVERY time I revisit the site

You may want to give this a try...

Open IE | Tools | Internet Options | "Privacy" tab | "Advanced" button | Select "Override automatic cookie handling" | Select "Always allow session cookies" | Click "Accept" under "First-party Cookies" and also under "Third-party Cookies".

If the above doesn't work for you, you could try adding the OC.com forums site to the list of "Allowed Sites" under the "Privacy" tab | "Edit" button | Under "Address of web site", enter | Click the "Allow" button. ;)
