Which fan is better?

I just bought a swiftech mcx4000 hs and was wondering which of these 2 fans is better: Delta 80x38 Ffb0812ehe or the vantec tornado ?
 
The Vantec Tornado is definately better, cfm wise, considering it has 84 cfm. HOWEVER, it is EXTREMELY loud, and if you can't stand the noise I suggest investing in a rheobus:)
